**ATTENTION**

Our Pre-Order Spree's processing dates will be on the 15th and the last day of every month. You can send in your order anytime and they will be processed at the next available date.

NOTE** As this is a Pre-Order Spree, we would only place order after the closing date so a certain time frame of waiting is inevitable (3 - 4 weeks). Please do not join if you're not willing to wait.

We will proceed to checking stocks for orders on ready stocks once we have received your full payment. This process will take 1 - 5 days depending on the amount of order we have on hand. If all of your orders are in stock, we will met up in less than 2 days. Otherwise, we would need to place orders which will take up to 7 - 14 business days. After we met up, it will usually take less than 10 business days to reach you.

If orders are placed on Out-of-Stock items, you will be notified and are eligible to exchange to another item or you may choose to drop the order. If full payment were already being made, we will make a full refund for that particular item.

Terms & Conditions

1) Once items SOLD, it will not be exchangeable, returnable or refundable.

2) Payment must be received within 3 working days from the day you submit the order. Otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically.

3) Items color might vary slightly, since each computer monitor shows the color a bit differently.

4) Please ensure payment with email after payment made. Otherwise, merchants will not be sending out on time.

5) Upon receiving of your payment, we will make the order for the "Pre-Order Spree" items from the supplier and we will be delivered to you within 1 or 2 working days for those stock in hand available.

6) Payment will return to buyer if items are out of stock.

7) Please check carefully with the measurement whether it is fitted. If buyer could not fit, it CANNOT be a reason for return.

8) We do not accept subjective reason for return / exchange such as not good looking, not up to my expectation, size cannot be fitted, changing mind, etc.

9) We check all our products for quality and defect before sending them out. All items are in perfect conditions as we deliver them out.

When a manufacturer has produced a product of Super Grade, other manufacturers will follow his way produce Super Super Grade.For items below Grade A, we call them Grade B.
